3. Lead Delivery and Consumer Information
When a consumer submits a contact request through a broker's profile page on VerifiedAdvisors.ca, the consumer's contact information including name, email, phone number, and mortgage inquiry details will be shared directly with the mortgage professional associated with that profile so they can respond to the consumer's request.
Consumer contact information is delivered exclusively to the specific mortgage professional the consumer has expressed interest in. VerifiedAdvisors.ca Inc. does not publicly display broker contact information. Consumer leads are delivered directly and securely.
Mortgage professionals are required to respond to consumer inquiries within 24 hours. If a professional does not respond within this window, VerifiedAdvisors.ca Inc. may refer the consumer to other verified mortgage professionals in the consumer's area.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data to bulk mailing lists. However, we may share information in the following situations:
A. With Mortgage Professionals
If you use a contact form to inquire about a specific broker, the information you enter will be shared directly with that specific broker so they can respond to your request.
B. Service Providers
We may share information with third parties that perform services for us, including website hosting (Kinsta), data analysis (Google Analytics), email delivery and marketing services (Brevo), and payment processing (Stripe).
